Samsung has quietly rolled out an update that finally makes its Notes app available on any Windows PC, not just its Galaxy Books. The change was first spotted by users on Reddit (via Android Authority), with one person showing the app running without issues on an ASUS ROG Strix G15. Another confirmed it installed and worked fine on a standard Windows laptop, with no tricks or tweaks needed.
