Samsung has pulled back the curtain on the prices for its 2025 OLED 4K TVs and the new Frame Pro lineup in the US. The latest OLED series, including the flagship S95F, mid-tier S90F, and entry-level S85F, rolls out next-gen picture processing, glare-reduction tech, and AI-powered features like Click to Search, Live Translate, and more. Here’s everything you’ll want to know about these new models.
Samsung’s 2025 OLED S95F TVs
Samsung S95F is leading the charge with Samsung’s brightest-ever OLED display, a new OLED Glare-Free coating, and the latest NQ4 AI Gen3 Processor. The panel gets a bump to a 165Hz refresh rate, up from 144Hz on last year’s S95D, and includes Motion Xcelerator 165Hz for fluid gaming. These are available in 55-, 65-, and 77-inch sizes starting at $2,299, the S95F also includes wireless connectivity via the Wireless One Connect box. An 83-inch version is on the way.
Samsung’s 2025 OLED S90F and OLED S85F TVs
Next up, Samsung’s OLED S90F starts at $1,299 and is offered in sizes ranging from 42- to 83-inch. It includes the same AI Gen3 processor as the S95F but is wired rather than wireless. It retains a 144Hz refresh rate and OLED HDR+ for detailed contrast and colors. Gamers and cinephiles can expect AI upscaling and Motion Xcelerator 144Hz across the board.

There’s also something for budget buyers, starting at $1,499, and it’s called Samsung’s OLED S8F line. These are powered by he NQ4 AI Gen2 chip. While it caps out at 120Hz, it includes Color Booster Pro and is fully compatible with next-gen consoles like the PS5 Pro and the upcoming Switch 2.

Samsung’s 2025 The Frame Pro
The Frame TVs don’t need an introduction, right? They’ve been making waves ever since their launch, and things haven’t been any different for them. Now, Samsung has expanded the Frame TV lineup, meaning the Frame Pro TV is also available in 65-, 75-, and 85-inch sizes. These start at $2,199. This new model introduces Neo QLED (mini LED) tech, a 144Hz refresh rate, and the Wireless One Connect box for easy wall-mounting. It builds on the original Frame’s art-forward aesthetic but offers substantial upgrades in brightness and contrast.
