Samsung Rolls Out Stable One UI 8 for Galaxy Tab S10 FE Series

Samsung is rushing to push the stable One UI 8 update for all eligible Galaxy devices. The company has today released the update for the Galaxy Tab S10 FE series, bringing a fresh software experience to the Fan Edition tablets. As always, the update is currently live in the firm’s home country, South Korea, but should reach other markets, including the US, in the coming days.
Galaxy Tab S10 SE starts receiving Samsung’s One UI 8 update
A few days ago, Samsung began rolling out the One UI 8 update for the Galaxy Tab S10 series. Thankfully, it did not take long to make the update available for the Fan Edition tablets, including the Galaxy Tab S10 FE and Galaxy Tab S10 FE+. It’s great to see that the company is treating Fan Edition models the same as premium tablets in terms of major software updates rollout.
The Galaxy Tab S10 FE and Tab S10 are picking up One UI 8 in Korea with the firmware build number BYI7. If you live in Korea and own either of these models, you can check for the latest build by heading over to Settings > Software update > Download and install. Once the download is complete, you need to tap the Install now button to begin the process.
In April 2025, Samsung introduced the Galaxy Tab S10 FE and Tab S10 FE+ as new entry-level tablets with a premium design. Both run Android 15-based One UI 7 out of the box, bringing advanced AI experience. With Android 16-based One UI 8, owners of these tablets can now enjoy an even more refined interface. It brings smarter AI features, new camera tools, enhanced customizations, improved security, and more.
