Samsung Opens Massive Business Experience Studio in Gurugram

Samsung has opened a new Business Experience Studio (BES) in Gurugram, India. Enterprise customers can pay a visit and see how Samsung’s AI-powered technologies work in real business environments. This marks Samsung’s second BES studio in India after Mumbai. It also shows the company’s growing focus on enterprise-grade AI, connectivity, and device ecosystems. 

The 6,700-square-foot studio is located in one of Gurugram’s major business hubs and focuses on practical use cases. Visitors can see how Samsung’s hardware, software, and AI platforms come together to solve practical challenges. This includes several industries like retail, healthcare, education, hospitality, and banking.

A glimpse at what’s inside the Samsung BES in Gurugram

The Samsung Gurugram BES features multiple experience zones built and focused on different aspect of enterprise transformation.

One of them is the Industry Solutions zone, where Samsung shows sector-specific use cases across education, banking, healthcare, retail, and hospitality. Visitors can walk through simulated environments such as smart classrooms, bank branches, healthcare facilities, and retail stores. In the education section, Samsung highlights interactive displays, teaching automation, and campus management solutions. Meanwhile, Samsung Knox manages and secures all these solutions.

In retail, Samsung puts the focus on Spatial Signage, a display innovation that turns 2D content into a 3D viewing experience for more immersive customer engagement. Meanwhile, the healthcare demonstrations showcase AI-powered productivity tools such as voice-to-text, Note Assist, and Interpreter. These tools help improve documentation and patient communication using flagship devices and wearables.

Moving on, the Unified Solutions zone shows how connected, AI-driven platforms like SmartThings Pro, Knox, and LYNK Cloud can power modern offices, hotels, meeting rooms, and control centres. This zone also features large-format displays such as The Wall and AI-optimized climate solutions. LYNK Cloud powers the hospitality experience, enabling features such as self-check-in, check-out, and automated guest services. The studio also highlights Samsung’s 21:9 Front Row meeting room solution. 

Finally, the AI Home & Immersive Experience zone brings Samsung’s connected ecosystem to life with smart home setups, work-from-home scenarios and automations, and immersive gaming and entertainment experiences. This zone offers a glimpse into how AI and connectivity are shaping the future of living. It also includes immersive gaming and home cinema demonstrations. As a result, visitors see how Samsung envisions the future of entertainment and connected lifestyles.
