Samsung’s home appliances were rated highest for service experience for the third year in a row. Meanwhile, Samsung TVs took the top spot for the second year running. Customers pointed to product reliability, ease of use, and sleek designs as key reasons they stick with the brand.

Samsung’s TVs scored top marks in areas like picture and sound quality, connectivity, and durability. The company’s lineup, which includes the Neo QLED 8K and 4K series, OLED models, and The Frame Pro, continues to offer a wide range of options. Features like Vision AI are praised for improving picture clarity and delivering smarter, more personalized viewing experiences.

On the appliances side, products like the Bespoke AI refrigerators and laundry systems stood out. Users appreciated how features like smart connectivity and energy-saving options made tasks like cooking and cleaning easier.

Customer service was another big reason Samsung came out on top. The Care Team, which handles repairs and support, was recognized for resolving issues quickly and with minimal hassle. The ACSI also reported that Samsung’s vacuum lineup, including the Bespoke Jet Bot Combo AI and Jet Ultra Cordless models, scored highest in customer satisfaction.
