Samsung May Limit Galaxy S26 Ultra’s S Pen Colors to the Clicker End

As the rumor goes, Samsung will announce the Galaxy S26 series by the end of this month. The Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+, and Galaxy S26 Ultra are expected to be announced on February 25 in San Francisco. As we get closer to the launch, a closer look at the Galaxy S26 Ultra’s S Pen has surfaced, revealing a significant change.
Dutch outlet Nieuwe Mobiel has published what could be the color options for the Galaxy S26 Ultra’s S Pen. However, there’s a notable change this time. Unlike previous generations, the color of the upcoming S Pen is now limited to the clickable end that aligns with the handset’s frame.

The S Pen is still expected to come in the rumored colors, including Cobalt Violet, Sky Blue, Black, and Silver. However, the body of the S Pen itself remains either plain black or white, depending on the variant. Much of this comes down to personal preference. As a result, some may welcome the change, while others may be disappointed.

One color is missing from these leaked S Pen images, though. Previous leaks have suggested a Pink Gold variant, which could be an online exclusive. If so, the Galaxy S26 Ultra may be available in a total of five colors.
In the bigger picture, Samsung appears to be placing less emphasis on the S Pen in recent years. The company removed stylus support from the Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition in 2024. Months later, the Galaxy S25 Ultra dropped Bluetooth features while retaining the S Pen. Meanwhile, neither the Galaxy Z Fold 7 nor the Galaxy Z TriFold supports the S Pen.
The outlet also revealed several additional accessories, including anti-reflective screen protectors and clear cases, available with or without a magnetic ring. As usual, Samsung is expected to launch its standard lineup of cases alongside the Galaxy S26 series.
