Samsung Launches Help Me Choose Tool to Guide Washing Machine Buyers

Samsung has launched a new online tool to help consumers pick the right washing machine. Called Help Me Choose, the tool directs users through the appliance selection process based on their household size, laundry habits, and lifestyle preferences. The company will make the tool available on its official website in select global markets sometime this month (January 2026).

In recent years, Samsung has expanded its washing machine lineup to meet the needs of households and lifestyles. The company now offers compact options for people living alone and large-capacity models for families. Of course, this gives consumers a bunch of choices, but it can also make the buying process confusing, particularly when shopping online.

Samsung’s Help Me Choose aims to solve this problem. The tool helps users assess the practicality of different laundry products, including washers, dryers, washer & dryer sets, and all-in-one combos. It offers real-time product recommendations so consumers can make smarter decisions.

Help Me Choose asks users a series of lifestyle-based questions, such as how many people live in their home, how often they do laundry each week, and how much space is available. On top of that, the tool asks which features matter to them, such as energy efficiency and time savings.

Based on the answers, it offers consumers personalized recommendations from Samsung’s washing machine lineup. For example, if someone lives alone, has a pet, and doesn’t have much space at home, the tool may suggest the Bespoke AI Laundry Combo.

“Today’s consumers have a wide array of laundry needs and preferences, and that means there is no one-size-fits-all solution,” said Sang Jik Lee, Executive Vice President and Head of Sales & Marketing Team for Digital Appliances (DA) Business at Samsung Electronics. “By simplifying the decision-making process and offering a more intuitive product discovery journey, the ‘Help Me Choose’ tool makes it easy to find the best fit.”
