Samsung Launches Galaxy F70e 5G with 50MP Dual Camera and 6,000 mAh Battery

Samsung has launched the Galaxy F70e 5G, its first smartphone in the Galaxy F70 family. The phone offers a 50MP dual camera system, a large 120Hz display, a big battery, and reliable performance, making it a solid companion for content creators. It will be available for purchase in India on February 17 through Flipkart and the official online store.

The Galaxy F70e 5G features an elegant leather finish with a Key Island design. The phone comes in Limelight Green and Spotlight Blue colorways. It measures 167.4 x 77.4 x 8.2 mm and weighs 199 g. We get a 6.7-inch PLS LCD display with HD+ resolution (720 × 1600 pixels), 260 PPI, and a 120Hz refresh rate. Furthermore, up to 800 nits of peak brightness ensures clear viewing.

Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chip (built on a 6 nm process), the Galaxy F70e 5G offers solid performance for day-to-day tasks. The company paired the chip with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Samsung claims the phone delivers an AnTuTu score of around 623,000. In the Geekbench test, it scored 735 in single-core and 1,967 in multi-core.

The Galaxy F70e 5G boosts mobile photography with its True Dual Camera setup. The rear camera system includes a 50MP primary lens and a 2MP depth sensor. They come with a host of features such as Hyperlapse, Night, Panorama, Portrait, Pro, and Slow Motion. On the front, we get an 8MP unit within a waterdrop-style notch. It supports FHD video recording at 30 fps.

Speaking of software, Samsung has pre-installed Android 16 (One UI 8) on the Galaxy F70e 5G.  The company promises six generations of Android OS updates and six years of security updates. The phone packs a 6,000 mAh battery that lasts up to two days on a single charge. It supports 25W wired fast charging. As for pricing, the device costs INR 12,999 for the 4GB + 128GB model and INR 14,999 for the 6GB + 128GB option.
