Samsung Launches 2026 Bespoke AI Steam with Powerful Suction

Samsung has launched its 2026 Bespoke AI Steam robot vacuum cleaner in South Korea. The new product brings cutting-edge AI cleaning, powerful suction, unrivaled steam sterilization, robust security solutions, and more. It comes in three models: Ultra, Plus, and Standard, letting buyers choose based on features and price.

Bespoke AI Steam robot vacuum offers smarter cleaning

Samsung’s latest Bespoke AI Steam offers a smarter cleaning experience for modern homes. The Ultra and Plus models offer up to 10W suction power (twice as powerful as the previous robot vacuums). The company has also improved AI capabilities in the Bespoke AI Stream. Thanks to an upgraded RGB camera sensor and infrared (IR) LED, the robot vacuum can recognize transparent liquids like water.

Furthermore, the robot vacuum features a “Pop-Out Combo” system that recognizes walls and corners for deeper cleaning along edges. It also features an Easy Pass Wheel that can climb over thresholds and mats up to 45mm high. The Steam Cleaning Station uses 100℃ steam to kill 99.999% of bacteria on the mop and remove odors.

Bespoke AI Steam features a self-cleaning plate that automatically removes dust and residue from the cleaning area. Some models also feature an “automatic water supply and drain” system, eliminating the need to fill or empty the water tank. As for security, the new product uses in-house solutions: Knox Matrix and Knox Vault. Likewise, End-to-End Encryption (E2EE) technology ensures image and video (captured by the robot vacuum) remain safe.

Through Samsung’s SmartThings platform, you can access features like Home Monitoring and Safe Patrol. Customers can join the AI Subscription Club that lets you you can choose between two services: Self-Care and Visiting Care. The former regularly delivers consumables to the main unit and cleaning station, while the latter provides professional visits for thorough inspections and care.

Availability and pricing

If you live in Korea, you can pre-order the Bespoke AI Steam Ultra until March 2 at Samsung stores nationwide, Samsung.com, and Naver online stores. This will let you score many benefits, including an accessory kit worth 120,000 won. The company will begin general sales of the Bespoke AI Steam Ultra and Bespoke AI Steam Plus on March 3. The Bespoke AI Steam Standard will go on sale sometime in April 2026.

Regarding pricing, the Bespoke AI Steam Ultra’s automatic water supply/drainage model costs 2.04 million won, while the freestanding model costs 1.86 million won. The Bespoke AI Steam Plus costs 1.94 million won for the automatic water supply/drainage model, and 1.76 million won for the freestanding version. Meanwhile, the Bespoke AI Steam Standard costs 1.59 million won for the automatic water supply/drainage model, and 1.41 million won for the freestanding option.
