Samsung has rolled out an update for its Samsung Health app, bringing it to version 6.30.1.003. The latest update brings significant improvement across Sleep Score and Health Trends. The Korean firm is seeding the new build to all eligible Galaxy users globally.

What’s new in the Samsung Health 6.30.1.003 update?

Samsung Health app has a bunch of features that let you manage your health. It automatically records several activities so that you can maintain a healthy lifestyle. With each update, Samsung aims to introduce new features as well as enhance the app’s functionality for a seamless user experience. The latest release continues those efforts.

The first notable improvement is in the Sleep Score, which offers clearer explanations. Samsung has added some visual changes, such as icons for each grade: Excellent, Good, Fair, and Needs Attention. This allows you to review your Sleep Score factors by grade in a more intuitive way. And to help you better understand, it now offers guidelines as well, instead of just numbers.

Speaking of the Report section, Samsung has made substantial improvements, allowing users to view their health report on a monthly and yearly basis. Previously, the app only showed health trends on a weekly basis, but now it extends those trends beyond a week. This will help you achieve better health outcomes by monitoring long-term health patterns.

Samsung also said that it has enhanced accessibility to comply with the European Accessibility Act (EAA). While the app release notes do not mention any other improvements, we can assume that it also focuses on stability enhancements to improve the overall user experience.

If you want to experience all the enhancements of the Health app, you should update to the latest version as soon as possible. It’s quite easy to update — you just need to go to the Galaxy Store and search for the app. However, the latest build may not land on your device right away, as Samsung usually rolls out in phases. In that case, you should wait for a few days to try out new health functionality enhancements.
