Samsung released One UI 8.5 Beta 3, expanded testing, and rolled out January 2026 security patch
One UI 8.5 Beta 3 for the Galaxy S25 series went live in Korea, Germany, the UK, and the US. For users in India and Poland, the same update arrived as Beta 2. This marks another step forward in Samsung’s One UI 8.5 beta program as the company prepares for a stable release in next month.

Samsung also expanded One UI 8.5 internal testing to several midrange and budget models this week. A few important ones are the Galaxy A34, Galaxy M35, Galaxy A16 4G, Galaxy A07 4G, and Galaxy F54. While new devices have joined the testing phase, this does not mean the update will roll out anytime soon. It simply confirms that Samsung is continuing its internal development for more Galaxy devices.
