The Galaxy S26 Ultra is just days away from its official debut, and Samsung continues to build hype around it. Over the past few days, the company has dropped a bunch of teasers hinting at camera and AI upgrades. A recent X post from Samsung US described the device as an upgrade that “deserves a medal.”

If you are interested in buying any of the Galaxy S26 models, don’t forget to take advantage of our Mystery Box program (US only). It includes a free 65W GaN charger, phone case, phone stand, cleaning kit, and more.

Samsung says the Galaxy S26 Ultra is a worthy upgrade

Samsung has already opened pre-reservations for the Galaxy S26 series. In the US, the company is offering a free $30 Samsung Credit and savings of up to $900 with eligible trade-ins. It recently shared the reservation link on X, adding the caption, “An upgrade so good, it deserves a medal.” Samsung is clearly building hype ahead of next week’s Unpacked.

If you are unaware, the Galaxy S26 series will be announced on February 25. Interested buyers can pre-reserve the phones until the event day to secure their free credit. Samsung is expected to begin pre-orders immediately after launch, with early buyers likely getting a free storage upgrade.

As usual, the Galaxy S26 lineup will consist of three models: base, Plus, and Ultra. However, early production estimates suggest Samsung is placing a major bet on the Ultra this year. The S26 Ultra will run Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor globally, the overclocked “for Galaxy” variant. The other two models, meanwhile, will ship with Samsung’s in-house Exynos 2600 chipset in some regions.

Calling it an upgrade that “deserves a medal” may be marketing flair, but if the leaks and production focus are any indication, Samsung believes that the Ultra will define the Galaxy S26 generation. All eyes now turn to February 25.
