Samsung has announced the Galaxy F70 series that focuses on photography and content creation for young users in India. The company will reveal specifications of the first model in the lineup on February 2, 2026. However, it is unclear whether the device will go on sale on the same day.

Galaxy F70 series targets young content creators

The Galaxy F70 series will target the mid-range and affordable segment, keeping prices below INR 30,000. The first phone in the series will cost between INR 10,000 and INR 15,000. Samsung says smartphone cameras have become a way for young users to communicate, connect, and build digital presence. The new series will combine strong hardware specs and innovative AI-powered features.

“For today’s generation, content is not just communication; it shapes how people remember them. Every photo, story and post carries an intent-whether to express a mood, capture a moment or make a statement. The Galaxy F70 series places the camera at the centre of the smartphone experience,” said the company in an official statement. So, the new phone could be a perfect companion if you create content for social media platforms.

However, Samsung has kept the specifications of the F70 series phone under wraps. The company has started teasing the device on Flipkart and the Samsung India website, with February 2 marked as the revealing date. The teaser suggests that photography will be a key feature of the new series, as the company mentioned.

Meanwhile, Samsung is gearing up to launch the Galaxy A07 5G in India in the first week of February. The phone is a minor upgrade over the predecessor Galaxy A06 5G. For example, the 6.7-inch HD+ display now supports a 120Hz refresh rate, up from 90Hz on the previous model. The phone features a 6,000 mAh battery, an increase of 1,000 mAh over the A06 5G’s. The company has yet to reveal the pricing of the A07 5G in India.
