When do verifications and shipments happen?
Verification opens on preorder morning when Unpacked begins and typically completes within a few days once your info is received. Boxes ship in waves about 1–2 weeks after Samsung’s retail release.
Do I pay any fees or shipping costs?
No. The Mystery Box and all shipping are free for verified qualifying orders in the Galaxy S26 series program.
What if I forget to use your affiliate link or skip verification?
Both steps are required. If you don’t purchase via our affiliate link and complete verification, you won’t qualify for a Mystery Box. The affiliate revenue allows us to fund this program and without it the program is not sustainable.
Can I claim more than one box?
Multiple qualifying orders (even for different S26 models or duplicates of the same device) can receive multiple boxes—submit separate verification forms for each order or place both orders in the SammyGuru Rewards dashboard while logged into your account.

What if something is missing or damaged?
Email us with photos and your verification info. We replace missing/defective guaranteed items where confirmed. Bonus tickets are matched against our internal logs for authenticity.
Can I choose my bonus (Buds vs Watch)?
No. Rewards are tied to your ticket type:
- Silver Ticket → Galaxy Buds 4 Pro
- Golden Ticket → Galaxy Watch (your choice of model at redemption).
When does eligibility end?
When Samsung’s preorder window for the Galaxy S26 series closes, the Mystery Box eligibility window also ends. Any extensions will be announced via our site or newsletter.
How is this funded?
The program is funded through commissions from Samsung affiliate sales. We reinvest the majority into Mystery Box accessories, tickets, and shipping—keeping a small portion to sustain the program for future Galaxy launches and to pay our writing staff.
Additional / fine print notes
- Boxes are shipped in waves; you may receive your box later depending on where you fall in the queue.
- You may not receive every accessory variant (e.g. color, style) you prefer — some variation is random.
- Tickets (bonus rewards) are limited by quantity (per the 1/10, 1/100, 1/250 metrics), and once allocated they cannot be reassigned.
- If you have multiple orders shipping to one location, ensure you submit verification for each so we can manage logistics.
