Play Store Update Lets You Uninstall a Specific App from Multiple Devices at Once

It’s very likely that you own multiple devices, perhaps a secondary phone for work or a tablet for binge-watching your favorite shows. If you use the same Google account across your devices, you can take advantage of a few extra features. A new Play Store update now makes it much easier to uninstall specific apps across your devices.
Play Store update simplifies uninstalling a particular app from other Android devices
The Google Play Store v48.8 update, which has already started rolling out, brings a notable improvement (h/t Android Authority). Once you’re running the latest version as part of the November 2025 Play Services update, you’ll find a new option in app listings that lets you uninstall apps remotely, making it much easier to manage your other devices.

For example, let’s say you have an Android tablet and another Android phone that you use for different purposes. Maybe you installed a large game on one device that you’d like to remove. Without even picking it up, you can now uninstall that game directly from one of your other devices. Convenient, right?
You can still use the previous method, which lists all the apps installed on a particular device. While that’s a good way to free up space on a specific device, this new feature lets you selectively uninstall apps from multiple devices at once. Of course, you can use both methods together for the best experience.
