As of this writing, the update has reached the Galaxy S24, Fold 6, Flip 6, and Fold SE in Korea, Europe, the US, and Canada. Interestingly, the rollout still appears to be live in the latter two markets, supporting the theory that Exynos is at the heart of the problem.
