It’s been almost a month since Samsung dropped the Galaxy S25 series and One UI 7.0, but the stable version (non-beta) still hasn’t hit the Galaxy S24 series, let alone all the other eligible devices. There are even rumors that the rollout could be pushed back even more. There’s a glimmer of hope amidst all the disappointing news, however. A tipster claims we could see the stable One UI 7.0 drop sometime in the first quarter.

Samsung’s One UI 7.0 stable tipped to release in March, but only if one condition is met

According to tipster FamilyTaes, who accurately predicted the One UI 7.0 beta rollout timeline, we might finally see One UI 7.0 drop in the first quarter, with March being a possible release month. The same tipster also mentioned that the stable version for the Galaxy S24 and S23 could arrive in February. But there’s no sign of that happening. Honestly, it’s not their fault — Samsung’s the one pushing the release back.

The tipster also noted that the exact dates and number of beta phases for One UI 7.0 are still up in the air. If Beta 4 is stable enough, Samsung could finalize it and release the full version. If that happens, we won’t see the rumored fifth and sixth beta rounds.

NowBar On One UI 7.0

It’s honestly frustrating how much Samsung has delayed One UI 7.0. From the very first beta, it’s been one delay after another. What’s even more puzzling is that Samsung’s new phones – including a $110 model – are already shipping with One UI 7.0 out of the box. Meanwhile, Galaxy S24 and earlier users are still waiting to experience it. And probably, expecting the update every morning. There are reports from two reliable sources suggesting that Samsung could compensate for the delays with an early One UI 8.0 rollout. and frankly, Samsung should better do it.
