November 2025 Security Update Rolls Out to Three More Galaxy A Series Models

Samsung seems to be moving at full speed with the November 2025 security patch rollout. Since it’s beginning of the week, the company has pushed the update to plenty of devices across different price segments. The list not only includes the latest flagships but also budget and mid-range phones that received the update a bit later, such as the Galaxy A56, Galaxy A55 and the Galaxy A26.
Samsung expands November 2025 update to more Galaxy A series devices
The Galaxy A56 has started receiving the latest November 2025 security patch in several South Asian regions, including Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and the Philippines. The update comes with the build number A566BXXS7BYK4 and is based on One UI 8. It mainly improves device stability and brings the usual security enhancements. Meanwhile, the Galaxy A55 is picking up the Android 16-based November 2025 security update in Thailand and Vietnam with the build version A556EXXSBCYK2.
The Galaxy A26 has also joined the November 2025 security patch rollout today. This is the first update after its One UI 8 release. It carries the build number A266BXXS5BYK2. and is rolling out in Thailand, Saudi Arabia and the Philippines.

The November 2025 security patch fixes 45 security vulnerabilities discovered by Samsung, Google and other partners. Samsung also pushed the update to several major flagships today, including the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S23 series in Korea. The Galaxy Tab S11 and S11 Ultra have received it as well.
If you own any of the devices mentioned above, you can manually check for the November update by heading to Settings > Software update > Download and install. Once the update appears, tap Download, wait for it to finish, and then press Install now. Your device will reboot and apply the latest November 2025 security patch.
