Leaked Galaxy Unpacked Invite Points to Galaxy S26 Hero Color

This isn’t anything new, and most of you probably already know the Galaxy S26’s likely launch date. Korean media reported a few weeks ago that Samsung would host Galaxy Unpacked on February 25 in San Francisco. In recent days, it’s also become clear what the lineup will include.

Galaxy Unpacked invite leaks weeks ahead of S26 series launch

To start, Samsung will unveil the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+, and Galaxy S26 Ultra, along with the Galaxy Buds 4 and Galaxy Buds 4 Pro. Veteran leaker Evan Blass has now shared what appears to be the official Galaxy Unpacked invite, pointing to February 25, 2026.

As expected, the invite, or teaser, depending on how you look at it, doesn’t reveal much beyond the usual Galaxy AI icons scattered throughout. Still, that alone suggests Samsung will not only unveil new hardware but also put a strong emphasis on software. Which in this case will be the One UI 8.5.

Galaxy S26 hero color may be violet

One detail worth noting in the teaser poster is that it’s entirely violet. This aligns with earlier reports suggesting violet will be the hero color of the Galaxy S26 series, and it certainly appears to be the case. Samsung may call it “Cobalt Violet” and all Galaxy S26 models may get this flavor.

Evan Blass has a solid track record with leaks like this. The invite clears up any lingering confusion around the launch date. If accurate, the Galaxy S26 series could be announced in less than four weeks. Which aligns with rumors pointing to a March 11 retail availability.
