Samsung recently confirmed the upcoming launch of the Galaxy Tab S11 series and Galaxy Tab S10 Lite. While we still do not have a precise date, leaks keep revealing tidbits about the upcoming Android tablets. We now have information about RAM, storage, and color variants for the entire lineup.

Galaxy Tab S11 and S11 Ultra have 12GB RAM, but S10 Lite only gets half of that

According to X leaker @MysteryLupin, both the Galaxy Tab S11 and Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra will be available in 5G variants and ship with 12GB of RAM. Samsung still isn’t offering 16GB RAM as standard, though a 16GB+1TB option may be available, at least in some markets.

Speaking of the storage capacity, the base model is said to come in 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB variants, all paired with 12GB of RAM. The Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra gets 256GB and 512GB storage configurations, alongside a possible 1TB model with limited availability. Both tablets will reportedly offer two basic color options: Gray and Silver. Note that Samsung may not launch a Plus model this year.

On the affordable end, Samsung will offer the Galaxy Tab S10 Lite with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Yes, you read that right. It still comes with just 6GB of RAM, which may raise some eyebrows. For a mid-range tablet in 2025, 8GB of RAM should have been the bare minimum. Samsung might be betting on its software optimization to deliver a decent experience.

This budget tablet may get an exciting color variant, though. The source says Samsung will release the Galaxy Tab S10 Lite in Gray, Silver, and Coral Red finishes. The device will have a 5G version, though the company may not sell it everywhere. Based on leaks and official teasers, these tablets could go official sometime between September and October, so stay tuned.
