Galaxy Tab S10 Gains Now Brief Support with One UI 8 Update

Earlier today, Samsung began rolling out the Android 16-based One UI 8 stable update for the Galaxy Tab S10 series. At the time of writing, the update is only available in South Korea, but it’s expected to reach other regions soon. As usual, the One UI 8 update for the Galaxy Tab S10 includes a range of new features.

You can now enjoy Now Brief on Galaxy Tab S10 and Tab S10 Ultra

The most exciting feature is that Now Brief is finally rolling out for the Galaxy Tab S10 series as part of the One UI 8 update. X user @herjy6372 shared screenshots confirming that the Galaxy Tab S10 series now supports Now Brief.

For those unfamiliar, Now Brief is a personalized, AI-powered summary of your day. It offers concise updates such as weather, news, calendar reminders, and more at a single glance. It debuted earlier this year with the Galaxy S25 series running One UI 7.

At the time, it was unclear whether Samsung would expand it to older flagship devices. However, Samsung has since rolled out Now Brief support to several older flagships, with the Tab S10 series only now receiving it.

If you own a Galaxy Tab S10 or Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra and are in Korea, you can go to Settings > Software update > Download and install. The update size is around 3.5GB and may take some time to install. Once installed, you can try out Now Brief along with several other new features.
