Galaxy Tab S10 Lite Spotted on Geekbench with Exynos 1380 Chip

A little over a month ago, we learned that Samsung is working on multiple tablets, including the Galaxy S11 series and the Tab S10 Lite. The Galaxy Tab S10 Lite has been a bit of a mystery until now, but it may have just appeared in the Geekbench database.
Galaxy Tab S10 Lite makes a surprise entry on Geekbench!
As spotted by the fine folks at Xperpick, a Samsung device with the model number SM-X406B has appeared on Geekbench. This matches the naming pattern Samsung uses for its Galaxy Tab S models, so this could very well be the Tab S10 Lite. Samsung hasn’t released a “Lite” tablet in years, which makes the Tab S10 Lite seem very plausible.

The Geekbench listing reveals that the Galaxy Tab S10 Lite packs Samsung’s Exynos 1380 (s5e8835) processor. It’s equipped with a Mali-G68 GPU. It also shows that the device has 6GB of RAM and runs Android 15-based One UI 7. Whether it will launch running Android 16-based One UI 8, or stick with One UI 7, only time will tell.
In terms of performance, the tablet scored 782 points in Geekbench’s single-core test and 2,637 points in the multi-core test. These scores suggest it should handle most everyday tasks like browsing, video streaming, and light gaming quite well. But don’t keep your hopes high for more demanding apps or games.
Currently, there’s no official word from Samsung about the Galaxy Tab S10 Lite’s launch date or full specs. However, based on previous Samsung tablet launches, it’s expected that the Galaxy Tab S10 Lite will come in both Wi-Fi-only and LTE versions. It’s also likely that Samsung will position the Galaxy Tab S10 Lite as a more affordable alternative to the Galaxy Tab S10 FE (available at $499.99).
For now, we’ll have to wait for more details to emerge about this new tablet. But its appearance on Geekbench suggests that Samsung is making progress and that we may see an official announcement soon.
