Galaxy S26 Ultra Won’t Make a Hole in Your Pocket, Quite Literally!

Some two and a half years ago, Samsung brought to the world what remains one of the best Android smartphones in recent years. Yes, we’re talking about the Galaxy S24 Ultra. But it has/had a major problem… your pants can’t handle the phone. Sorry for the language, but that’s how it really is.
The phone and its sharp corners are the reason behind this. Thankfully, Samsung took a healthier turn with the Galaxy S25 Ultra (review), which comes with slightly rounded corners. You can take a look at the Galaxy S24 Ultra’s corner on the right. Then compare it with the Galaxy S25 Ultra’s corners. Do you notice the difference? Yes.

Samsung’s next Galaxy S26 Ultra may come with even rounder corners
Tipster Ice Universe says the upcoming Galaxy S26 Ultra, still many months away, will have even rounder corners. If true, that would make it more comfortable to hold, and it wouldn’t hurt your pocket… or pants(?). Fair enough, it does give the impression that Samsung may be taking a cue from Apple’s playbook, but Samsung actually used a similar design on the Galaxy S21 Ultra.

The Galaxy S22 Ultra saw a drastic change, which continued through the Galaxy S24 Ultra. The Galaxy S25 Ultra ditched that design altogether, and the shape could be further refined in the upcoming Galaxy S26 Ultra. Notably, Samsung plans to take the wraps off the Galaxy S26 Pro, Galaxy S26 Edge, and Galaxy S26 Ultra.
Sign-ups for the Galaxy S26 Ultra Mystery Box are now open! You’ll get full more details soon, but count on more guaranteed items and bigger random prizes than ever. At minimum, your box includes a free case, screen protector, cleaning kit, and phone stand.
That means there will be three phones in the flagship series, unlike this year’s lineup. Right now, there are actually four, including the Edge. Next year, Plus is going away in favor of Edge, which is essentially the new Plus. It remains to be seen what other changes Samsung has planned.
The launch event is still months away, but we can already say leak season is about to begin. So make sure you don’t miss any updates. Set us as your preferred source on Google, and don’t forget to follow us on X, YouTube, and TikTok!
