Samsung’s Galaxy S25 FE is launching very soon, earlier than the usual schedule. We’ve had a fair amount of leaks back and forth, revealing what’s to come. In fact, we also published Galaxy S25 FE exclusive renders, in collaboration with OnLeaks.

Galaxy S25 FE specs leak early, but battery life might disappoint some

As we inch closer, someone appears to have leaked the full specs of the Galaxy S25 FE. Noted tipster MysteryLupin suggests there’s bad news for those hoping for a battery capacity upgrade. But there’s some good news if you found the Galaxy S24 FE to be a bit bulky.

According to MysteryLupin, the Galaxy S25 FE will feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. That doesn’t appear to differ from its predecessor, which isn’t too surprising.

Under the hood, the tipster claims we’ll see an Exynos 2400, which is certainly an upgrade over the previous 2400e chipset. It’s a slightly older processor that debuted with the Galaxy S24 and S24+ in select regions. The recent Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE also uses it. If true, this suggests Samsung plans to treat the 2025 FE models similarly.

The rear camera setup is also expected to remain unchanged, according to the tipster. That means we’ll likely see the same 50MP wide + 8MP telephoto + 12MP ultrawide combination. However, the tip supports an earlier rumor about a 12MP front camera. If that pans out, it could mean all Galaxy S25 models may end up sharing the same selfie shooter.

When it comes to battery, the tipster says it will have a 4,500mAh capacity—200mAh less than the predecessor. To make up for that, Samsung might introduce 45W wired charging, which would be a significant upgrade over the previous model’s 25W charging.

Other than that, it’s tipped to include IP68 water resistance, Gorilla Glass Victus, and weigh 190 grams, which is reasonable for its screen size. These features may not be groundbreaking, but they help complete the picture of what to expect. The phone is also expected to ship with One UI 8 pre-installed.
