Galaxy A36’s High Quality Renders Revealed As Launch Nears

by | Feb 17, 2025 | Galaxy A, News

Just a few days after top leaker Evan Blass gave us a sneak peek at the Galaxy A36 from every angle, someone else has dropped the high-def renders of this upcoming mid-ranger. For the uninitiated, Galaxy A36 is going to be the Galaxy A56’s more budget-friendly sibling, rocking a 6.6-inch screen.

Galaxy A36 crystal renders are here!

As revealed by YTECHB (h/t Haneet), the Galaxy A36 will come in Black, White, Light Purple, and Green shades. You can expect Samsung to come up with catchy names for these colors, probably tossing in an ‘Awesome’ somewhere for good measure. The design is pretty much the same as the Galaxy A56, though the latter gets a metallic frame. From the Galaxy A36 renders we’ve seen, there’s a flat display, somewhat thick bezels, and a punch-hole camera at the top. It’s expected to sport a 12MP sensor in the front, but we’ll have to wait and see.

Although we’ve already seen a glimpse of these renders from Evan Blass’s 360-view, I’ll just mention again that the Galaxy A36 features a triple-camera setup, as shown in the renders. The primary sensor is likely to be a 50MP shooter. The launch isn’t too far off, so we’ll uncover most of the details next month when it’s rumored to launch.

On the specs front, previous leaks suggest the Galaxy A36 will pack a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chip with up to 8GB of RAM. And yes, it’ll run Android 15 with One UI 7.0 right out of the box. As for the display, it’ll feature a 6.6-inch FHD+ screen with 120Hz refresh rate support.

The Galaxy A36 will also support 45W wired charging, which is faster than the Galaxy S25’s. There’s also a good chance it will have a 5,000mAh battery. Plus, Samsung might throw in up to six years of software updates with the Galaxy A36.
