After the Galaxy A55, Samsung’s One UI 7 is hitting another midrange smartphone. The Galaxy A35 is receiving the big Android 15 update, starting in Korea. A global rollout may begin early next week if not within the next couple of days. Other eligible Galaxy smartphones and tablets will also receive this update soon.

Galaxy A35 joins Samsung’s One UI 7 club, stable update rolling out in Korea

Yesterday, Samsung released the One UI 7 stable update for the Galaxy A55 in its home country of South Korea. Following an initial rollout covering beta users (A55 was the only midrange model eligible for One UI 7 beta — it received three beta builds before the stable version), the company expanded the update to regular users. A global release should be just around the corner.

Meanwhile, Samsung has begun pushing One UI 7 to the Galaxy A35, once again starting the rollout in Korea. Users are getting the big feature update with firmware version A356NKSU4BYDD. The OTA file weighs nearly 3.5GB, which tells you about the scope of this update. One UI 7 brings tons of goodies to your Samsung smartphone, as well as the latest security enhancements.

Most notably, this update introduces a visual overhaul with smoother animations, updated UI elements, new customization options, and subtle system adjustments for a more enjoyable and intuitive smartphone usage. One UI 7 also contains camera enhancements, advanced AI-driven functions, and app updates that add to your everyday mobile experience.

After the Galaxy A55 and A35, Samsung should release this update for other eligible budget and midrange devices. The OTA size and build number will vary depending on the model and region — some devices will also miss out on a few new features. Nonetheless, One UI 7 has a lot to look forward to. You can check for updates from Settings > Software update > Download and install.
