The Galaxy S25 series is gearing up for its big reveal on January 22 at Samsung’s Galaxy Unpacked event in San Jose, California. The lineup includes four models: the Galaxy S25, S25+, S25 Ultra, and the S25 Slim. While the first three are set to launch on January 22, the S25 Slim might only make a brief appearance, with its release planned for a later date.

Ahead of the official debut, the folks over at Android Headlines have spilled the beans. The publication shared the full spec sheet for the Galaxy S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra. The Galaxy S25 will feature a 6.2-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display. On the other hand, the Galaxy S25+ will come with a larger 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display. Meanwhile, the Ultra flagship of 2025, the Galaxy S25 Ultra will boast a 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display.
