Samsung’s One UI 7 update is rolling out in full swing. All flagship models have already received the Android 15-based One UI 7 stable update, and now the Galaxy S21 FE is the latest to join the ranks.
One UI 7 stable update hits Galaxy S21 FE in Vietnam
Samsung’s One UI 7 stable update is now rolling out to the Galaxy S21 FE. This information comes from updates tracker Tarun Vats, who reports that the update is currently live in Vietnam for the Galaxy S21 FE Exynos variants.
The update brings the April 2025 security patch and weighs around 3.3GB. That’s noticeably lighter than the Galaxy S23 FE’s version of the update, which comes in at around 4.5GB. The firmware version for the S21 FE is G990EXXUDGYD4.
To check if the update is available on your device, head to Settings > Software update > Download and install. If it’s live for your region and device variant, you’ll see the One UI 7 update available for download. Once downloaded, simply follow the prompts to install.
One UI 7 is a significant upgrade in every sense. It introduces a range of new features, including smoother system animations, the all-new Now bar, and enhanced customization options. You can now decide how apps are displayed in the app drawer, either in a horizontally scrolling format or the vertical layout.
