To be sure, the wait for One UI 7.0 and the Galaxy S25 Ultra is excruciating for Galaxy fans. With the countless delays to the One UI 7.0 beta and the myriad of leaks for the Galaxy S25 Ultra, the excitement is palpable. Just yesterday, we saw our first hands on video with a real Galaxy S25 Ultra unit. Now, our friends at Android Authority (via u/GamingMK on Reddit) are back with more Galaxy S25 Ultra photos from the same source. This time, they found some leaked One UI 7.0 screenshots from the device too!

In these photos, we finally get a look at the bottom frame on the Galaxy S25 Ultra. These shots confirm that the S-Pen slot will remain on the bottom left of the phone. Previous rumors suggested that Samsung may consider moving the pen slot to the right side but clearly that is not the case. Otherwise, there isn’t a whole lot new from a hardware perspective. The design matches what we saw in the video yesterday, confirming that these leaks are from the same source. Bezels look impressively thin and uniform, one of the most appealing design elements of the S25 Ultra.

One UI 7.0 Screenshots from Galaxy S25 Ultra

Turning to software, there are a few interesting items of note. The charging notification for One UI 7.0 is a nice change from One UI 6.1 This new notification has a pill shape, consistent with the Quick Settings menu in One UI 7.0. The third photo included shows a closeup of the Reddit profile for user u/GamingMK.

Included with this S25 Ultra leak are several screenshots from One UI 7.0 running on the device. Notably, the software information shows an older internal build of One UI 7.0, instead of One UI 7.1. This is interesting because we’ve previously heard that the S25 Ultra would launch with One UI 7.1. At the very least we’d expect Samsung engineers to have the newest 7.0 builds on their devices. Since we know nothing about the original source of this leak (it was provided to u/GamingMK by a now-deleted Reddit user), it’s hard to say why the software is a bit outdated for this test unit.

In any case, these screenshots don’t reveal anything incredibly new about One UI 7.0’s design language. The wait continues! We now expect the One UI 7.0 beta by the middle of December. Let’s hope this time, that timeline is accurate.
