Samsung Shows Intelligent Care for Families at CES 2026

Samsung has showcased its vision for safer living at CES 2026, with a focus on family health and safety. The company’s Care Companion zone at the trade show highlighted how its devices and AI technology support healthier daily living for families. It calls this approach Intelligent Care, which aims to shift care from response to anticipation.
Samsung brings smarter family care to CES 2026
In the Self Care – Good Sleep area, visitors witnessed how Galaxy wearables and smart home appliances help make daily life safer. For example, the Galaxy Watch and Galaxy Ring can track sleep, while connected home devices such as the Bespoke AI WindFree Pro air conditioner and the Infinite AI Air Purifier optimize temperature and airflow. This helps family members feel more comfortable without having to control the devices.
Samsung also presented how its AI can support brain health for older adults. Thanks to the newly developed brain health technology, it can track daily habits such as speech, typing, walking, sleep, and gait. As such, the system can spot early signs of cognitive changes. It then sends alerts to caregivers so families can take action quickly. On top of that, the service also suggests simple brain-training programs to help prevent memory decline.

Samsung’s AI care expands to pets as well. The SmartThings Pet Care service analyzes photos of household animals to identify health concerns. These include dental disease, patellar luxation, cataracts, and more. Families get on-screen guidance to respond early.
For home safety, Samsung’s AI-powered home care monitoring uses cameras in devices like refrigerators to detect unusual situations. The system then sends alerts to smartphones, giving families peace of mind. It can also summarize risky moments that happened while no one was home. The company says it plans to “continue expanding its AI ecosystem to create experiences that users can trust and rely on with confidence”.
