These Samsung Galaxy Devices are Yet to Receive One UI 8

Samsung has almost wrapped up the One UI 8 rollout, bringing the update to nearly every eligible Galaxy device. Over the past few weeks, the company has been pushing the Android 16-based update to a wide range of smartphones and tablets, from flagship Galaxy S models to affordable A, M, and F series devices. A few are still awaiting their turn, though. Last updated on November 13.
One UI 8 update has not been released for these Samsung Galaxy devices yet
As of now, One UI 8 has yet to arrive for a few Galaxy devices, mostly mid-range devices. These models are expected to receive the update in the coming days as Samsung finishes up the global rollout. Here is the list of the Galaxy devices that are awaiting the Android 16-based update.

- Galaxy A16 4G
- Galaxy A15 4G
- Galaxy M07
- Galaxy F07
- Galaxy Tab A11
- Galaxy Tab A9+
The One UI 8 update brings several new features and improvements. It includes a refreshed Weather app, smoother animations, new clock styles, and the updated 90:10 split-screen ratio for improved multitasking. For flagship models, Samsung offers new AI features and enhancements.
Samsung is also actively working on One UI 8.5, which may bring an even bigger design shift. Compared to One UI 8, it’s shaping up to be a more visually rich and polished update, with upgraded system apps and UI tweaks. According to leaks, One UI 8.5 will debut alongside the Galaxy S26 Series in late February 2026.
If your Galaxy device is eligible for One UI 8, you can check for the update by heading to Settings > Software update > Download and install. Tap Install now once the download finishes, and your device will restart with the latest One UI 8 software.
