Samsung is Australia’s Most Loved Whitegoods Brand for 2025

Samsung has been recognized as Australia’s “Most Loved Whitegoods Brand” at the 2025 Finder Customer Satisfaction Awards. The company also achieved 21 additional award wins and 13 highly commended nods across home appliance categories. This shows that Australians prefer Samsung for quality, reliability, and innovation.

Samsung shines at 2025 Finder Customer Satisfaction Awards

This year, Samsung introduced a bunch of smart products to make day-to-day life easier. Its Bespoke AI Jet Ultra is the world’s most powerful cordless stick vacuum with up to 400W of suction power. These innovative and great-value products helped Samsung win 22 awards at the 2025 Finder Customer Satisfaction Awards. The recognition spans several Samsung home appliance categories, including Washing Machine, Refrigeration, Microwave, Washer Dryer Combo, Heat Pump Dryer, and Stacked Washer Dryer.

The Finder Customer Satisfaction Awards are among the most comprehensive consumer recognition programs in Australia. Each year, Finder asks more than 60,000 Australians to rate the products and brands they use in their day-to-day life. The result helps people to make purchase decisions confidently.
