First Evidence of Samsung Galaxy A37 5G Surfaces Online

Hardly a few months have passed since Samsung launched the Galaxy A36, and its successor is starting to take shape. We have the first evidence of Galaxy A37 5G’s existence through the GSMA IMEI database. However, since it is still in the early stages of preparation or development, there are no details about its specifications just yet.
Samsung’s Galaxy A37 5G appears in the IMEI database
Folks over at SammyPolice recently spotted the Galaxy A37 5G carrying two model numbers: SM-A376U and SM-A376B/DS. The former is a carrier-locked variant for the US market, while the latter is a global dual-SIM model. The listing hints that Samsung will make the Galaxy A37 5G available to several markets.

Unsurprisingly, the IMEI database only confirms the existence of the device — it does not reveal key details. However, we can expect the Galaxy A37 5G to arrive as a mid-range model at an affordable price, catering to a wider audience.
The Galaxy A36 5G brought meaningful upgrades over its predecessor across hardware and software. Key upgrades include a 12MP front camera, 45W fast charging, a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chip, and six generations of OS updates. Furthermore, the phone integrated Awesome Intelligence, a suite of AI-powered features.
Building on these improvements, the Galaxy A37 5G will likely refine the mid-range experience. The Korean firm may also continue to expand its AI features to improve productivity and personalized experiences.
As far as the launch is concerned, we may have to wait until next year. If Samsung follows the release pattern of the Galaxy A36, A35, and A34, the Galaxy A37 5G could debut in March 2026. We will learn more about the upcoming Galaxy A device in the coming months. Meanwhile, Samsung recently unveiled its latest affordable Galaxy A17 5G smartphone in several global markets.
