The build number is A256BXXU7DYG1, suggesting that Samsung isn’t leaving mid-range devices behind. That also means the Galaxy A25 is expected to receive the Android 16-based One UI 8 update soon, possibly alongside other A-series models.

Currently, Samsung is testing the One UI 8 beta exclusively on the Galaxy S25 trio. It’s still unclear whether more devices or regions will be included in the beta phase. Nevertheless, a broader rollout is likely to begin in the coming weeks, especially as internal builds continue to appear for more models.
