Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra Shows Up on Geekbench, Reveals Chipset

Samsung is working on bringing new flagship tablets to market. As the launch gets closer, more details about the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra are coming out. In the latest update, the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra showed up in a Geekbench listing, revealing some key specs.
Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra appears on Geekbench with MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset
As spotted by folks over at Xpertpick, Samsung’s Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra (SM-X936B) stopped by Geekbench. Of course, the first thing you’ll wonder is what chipset it will pack inside. Going by what the Geekbench listing reveals, the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra will feature the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset. For reference, the Tab S10 Ultra packs a MediaTek Dimensity 9300+.

For what it’s worth, Samsung used to go with Snapdragon chips for its top-shelf tablet series, but that’s now changing. This means, for the second year in a row, Samsung’s premium tablet line is turning to MediaTek. And yes, the Dimensity 9400+ is a flagship-grade chipset, launched in April 2025.
So if the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra does confirm the use of the Dimensity 9400+, we’re looking at some serious power ahead. You can expect big boosts in performance, graphics, and AI features, making the tablet faster, smoother, and smarter all around. The chip comes with a mix of cores running up to 3.73GHz and is paired with a strong Mali-G925 Immortalis MC12 GPU. It scored 2,675 in single-core and 8,039 in multi-core tests, which means we’ve a powerhouse in the making.
Beyond that, the listing also confirms the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra will come with 12GB of RAM. Other than that, these could be the first Galaxy tablets to launch with Android 16-based One UI 8 out of the box. There’s still some time left before launch, and we’ll likely keep learning more as we get closer.
