Samsung Home Appliance Sales Increase Up to 40% Thanks to AI Integration

Samsung not only integrates AI features into smartphones but also into home appliances. This strategy has helped the Korean firm boost sales of key home appliances, such as air conditioners and refrigerators. The company has recently revealed that its sales increased by up to 40% in the first five months of 2025 compared to the same period last year.

Samsung sees a 30% sales jump for ACs, 40% for Bespoke fridges

Samsung has a wide range of home appliance products across different categories to meet different household needs. The company’s Bespoke lineup mainly focuses on including smart AI features, energy efficiency, and modern design. This year, the Korean firm integrated enhanced AI capabilities into these products. With several customized features that learn users’ lifestyle patterns, Samsung’s offering stands out in this space.

The firm recently reported that its residential air conditioner sales (both standing and wall-mounted models) increased by 30% year-over-year from January through May. The company also hit a new milestone in May 2025 — it achieved average daily sales of 10,000 units.

Samsung’s AI-powered Bespoke home appliances are also getting solid responses from buyers, with the 4-Door Kitchen Fit refrigerator seeing a 40% sales increase from January to May compared to the same period last year. The Bespoke AI Combo washer-dryer also achieved 10% growth during the same period. This shows consumers are leaning toward AI-powered solutions in their homes.

Speaking of the Bespoke AI Hybrid Kitchen Fit Max refrigerator, it supports the AI Hybrid cooling solution. This technology uses semiconductor devices to maintain a perfect temperature for fresher food. Its 9-inch touchscreen provides easy access to smart features like AI Vision Inside and AI Food Manager. The former automatically identifies 37 types of fresh food items, while the latter helps manage packaged and processed items.

Coming to the Bespoke AI Combo washer-dryer, it features a 7-inch AI Home touchscreen. This big screen allows users to view and effortlessly control different courses and functions. Its AI Custom+ function automatically adjusts settings based on weight, soil level, and dryness of laundry for perfect cleaning results every time.
