Samsung TV Plus is one of the most widely used streaming apps on Samsung Smart TVs. It has now expanded its live sports lineup, adding five new channels to its over 50 existing channels. Sports fans can access select local and national games from top sports leagues and governing bodies. This makes Samsung TV Plus a go-to platform for sports content.
Samsung TV Plus is now a top destination for sports fans
Samsung says that its Samsung TV Plus platform allowed fans in Southern California to experience the Victory+ Anaheim channel to watch local Anaheim Ducks games during the 2024-25 season. The company has now promised that it will broadcast games in the upcoming 2025-26 and 2026-27 seasons as well. On top of that, it has expanded its regional lineup to bring subscription-free hometown action front and center. It introduces the Victory+ Dallas channel, allowing Dallas Stars fans to watch live games for the 2025-26 season.
Additionally, Samsung has added the NASCAR channel, which has continuous race coverage. The newly introduced Roku Sports channel will broadcast live MLB games, Formula E races, X Games, and more. The PBR RidePass channel lets users catch live and on-demand action from the PBR (Professional Bull Riders).
Simply put, Samsung TV Plus has added five new sports channels: Victory+ Anaheim, Victory+ Dallas, Roku Sports Channel, NASCAR, and PBR RidePass. The Korean firm is now planning to add more channels this year, aiming to significantly improve its position. Samsung TV Plus is available across the Samsung TV, Galaxy, Smart Monitor, and Family Hub lineups. This includes the Neo QLED 8K, Neo QLED 4K, and OLED TV lineup.
