Korean users can now update their Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Flip 3 to the latest One UI 7 update. With this, Samsung also completes the One UI 7 rollout to its foldables. We expect the update to expand to more regions such as Europe and the US soon. We’ll keep you in the loop when that happens.
For now, the One UI 7 update for the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Flip 3 comes with firmware versions F926NKSU7KYD9 and F711NKSU8KYD9, respectively. As shown in screenshots (via Tarun Vats), the update includes the latest April 2025 security patch and weighs around 3.5GB for both devices.
If you’re in South Korea with either of these devices, you should definitely update to One UI 7. The update packs a punch — you’ll notice smoother animations, a UI overhaul, more Galaxy AI features, and more. Of course, there’s the Now bar, which, when integrated with Google Sports, is a must-have for sports fans.
To update your device to the latest software, follow these steps. Open Settings > Software update > Download and install. Installation typically takes between 15–20 minutes, depending on your device. Samsung recommends updating over Wi-Fi to avoid any issues.
