Samsung has just rolled out a new update for its Nice Shot module in the Good Lock suite, making it fully compatible with One UI 7 and bringing along some welcome new features. The most interesting addition is GTS (Galaxy To Share) support, allowing Galaxy users to share their Nice Shot settings. Unfortunately, Samsung still hasn’t released GTS globally.
Nice Shot gets a new update with One UI 7 and GTS support
Nice Shot is a Good Lock module for customizing the screenshot and screen recording features. You can add and remove certain options from the screenshot toolbar, activate DND during screen recording, and enhance selfie videos with transparent backgrounds. With the latest update, Nice Shot now works seamlessly with One UI 7, ensuring a smooth experience on Samsung’s latest Galaxy devices, like the Galaxy S25 Ultra.
Additionally, the new version (2.3.02) shows text labels for background colors that can be converted into a transparent background. The previous version showed Blue and Green dots with no text labels, so this is another thoughtful change. But that’s not it, as the updated Nice Shot has more on offer.
Samsung has finally made this Good Lock module compatible with GTS (Galaxy To Share), another Good Lock module used to share custom settings. If you use multiple Galaxy devices, GTS allows you to quickly apply the same Good Lock customizations across all devices — set it up once, and sync your customizations everywhere. You can also share your settings with other Galaxy users.
But here’s the catch: Galaxy To Share is still missing in action for most Galaxy users. It is only available in South Korea. Alongside Nice Shot, GTS also lets you share data from Keys Cafe, Theme Park, LockStar, NavStar, MultiStar, QuickStar, ClockFace, Home Up, One Hand Operation+, and Sound Assistant. It’s unclear if Samsung plans to roll out GTS globally anytime soon, or if at all. We will surely let you know if it makes any movement. Meanwhile, you can download the latest Nice Shot update from the Galaxy Store.
