The Galaxy S25 Ultra will debut at the upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event on January 22. While we’ll get the official details at launch, a lot of info has already leaked — everything from specs for the S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra to renders and marketing materials. This might give you the nudge you need if you’re trying to decide whether the Galaxy S25 series is worth upgrading. If you’re coming from the Galaxy S22 Ultra or just curious, you’ll likely have one question. Will the Galaxy S25 Ultra feature a curved screen? Find your answer below.

Will the Galaxy S25 Ultra come with a curved screen?

The Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to sport a 6.9-inch LTPO Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, with a 120Hz variable refresh rate. It’s likely to have slightly rounded corners, moving away from the boxy design we saw before. Samsung might also upgrade to second-gen Corning Gorilla Armor glass for added durability.

According to the rumors, the display will keep the 2,600 nits peak brightness and a QHD+ resolution (1440 x 3120 pixels). Samsung has trimmed the bezels, allowing for a sleek look with a 91.4% screen-to-body ratio. But coming to the main question, no, the Galaxy S25 Ultra does not have a curved screen. It’s a completely flat display with slim bezels.
